Anchor Bay Athletics is proud to announce that we are officially transitioning all athletic registration to FINAL FORMS! 

As we continue building a stronger and more connected athletic community, Final Forms will help make the registration process easier, faster, and more organized for all Anchor Bay families.

IMPORTANT:

ALL Anchor Bay student-athletes must complete their Final Forms registration before participating in sports.

HOW TO GET STARTED:

•  Search for “Anchor Bay School District”
•  Create your parent account using your email address
•  Verify your email
•  Add your student-athlete(s)
•  Complete and sign all required forms
•  Convenient online registration

Student-Athlete Expectations
 

• Athletics Expectations
• Eligibility Requirements and Procedures-
  • Students must have satisfactory citizenship in 5/6 classes. 
  • Passing 6/6 classes, 2 or more D's counts as ineligible.
  • Every Thursday a report will be run and the students that are ineligible will be notified. These students have until Monday at 5:00PM to raise their grade/citizenship or they will become ineligible for that whole week. This means they cannot participate in any games/meets. They are still able to practice.
  • Attendance: Students must be in 6/6 classes to participate in practice or games. There will be a daily report to inform you of this as well.
  • Transportation: For all away contests we offer 2-way bussing. Students are expected to ride the bus both ways.

MIDDLE SCHOOL FALL SPORTS REMINDER

IMPORTANT:
All student-athletes must have a current physical dated on or after April 15, 2026. This along with all required forms must be completed, signed, and approved in FinalForms before participating in tryouts or practices.

Students who are not fully cleared in FinalForms will NOT be able to try out or practice.

First Day of Practice: Monday, August 24
• Practice: 2:30–4:00 PM
• Helmet Distribution: 4:00–5:00 PM

������ 7th & 8th Grade Volleyball
First Day of Tryouts: Tuesday, September 8
• 3:30 PM

������ 6th–8th Grade Cross Country — UPDATED
First Day of Practice: Tuesday, September 8
• Practice begins right after school
• 6th Grade: Practice at North
• 7th & 8th Grade: Practice at South

Please make sure all FinalForms requirements are completed before the first day so your student-athlete is ready to participate.
