Our annual Career Day was held on March l3, 2008 at Ashley Elementary. Each student got to pick and attend three Sessions which ranged from many different professions. Some of the professions represented were Broadcasting, Police Officers and their Canine Unit, a Professional Baseball player, a Firefighter, a Crime Scene Investigator, a Nurse , a Marine, as well as a hair dresser and chef. We had the pleasure of having Marc Santia, a broadcaster from channel 4 news, talk at our kick-off assembly. All of the sessions were very interesting and informative and the children at Ashley Elementary had an awesome day!
